HOW DO I ORDER FOR THE CARDS?
Whenever you are ready to load the machine, you will need to insert your ATM card into the machine and the money will be deducted from your ATM card and
immediately your POS will be loaded with the PINS you bought.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE BUYING THE CARDS?
Recharge cards are sold on discount basis. Rate of Recharge cards are 6% on MTN, 7% on Glo Cards, and 8% on other networks. i.e for MTN, 100 Voucher will be
94 Naira per pin and so on.

HOW DO I GET THE PAPER?
You know, the paper used for the POS machine is not the normal A4 paper. It’s called the “Thermal Paper”. The paper do come with machines but when its exhuated, you can get them from a nearby bookshop. It looks like the paper used in printing receipts from an ATM machine. A roll of paper cost about  sixty naira and it can print out 100 + Vouchers.

HOW DO I REFILL THE INK?
Not to worry, you don’t need to bother about ink refilling. It’s permanent. The heat from the machine generates the ink that print the cards.

HOW DO I PROTECT THE MACHINE FROM UN AUTHORIZED USERS?
The machine comes with a default username and password. Before using the machine, you are advised to change them to your own secure codes.

WHAT IF THE MACHINE GETS A FAULT?
THE machine comes with a one year warranty.

HOW DO I USE THE POS MACHINE?
Normally, when you buy a new product, you are given a manual to learn how to use the product.The POS machine is not an exception. You will be given a manual
alongside the product which will teach you how to use the POS machine.

WHAT ABOUT THE BATTERY? HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Well, the battery lasts two days, and it has a rechargable battery, which means it can be charged with electricity.

Recharge Card printing in nigeria

Recharge card printing (CALLING OR REFILL CARDS' PRINTING)can be done in any of three ways.

 

(1) Through direct dealing with the Network Operators.This is the method of choice for those who have the cash and want to start big..

(2) Dealing with approved recharge card (Calling/refill cards')dealers by the network operators. This is the method of choice for those who do not have enough cash and want to start small.

(3)Buying and selling through the Everlasting E-pay Point Of Sale (POS) Machine although this may not be a good way of printing recharge cards( ie printing calling cards or refill cards' printing) in bulk for sale

(1) DIRECT DEALING WITH NETWORK OPERATORS..

To be a recharge Card merchant/Distributor for the network operators requires big capital investment It is not likely that any operator would require less than half a million Nair a to sign you on. The benefits however worth the investment. (2) DEALING WITH APPROVED RECHARGE CARDS DEALERS.

For the small scale investor,the good news is that this highly lucrative business of recharge cards printing that is printing of calling cards or refill cards  which was earlier reserved for only the big players in the Telecommunication industry can now be done by small scale investors.Printing can be done with as little as N10,000 start up capital. But is printing actually done?, For small investors all that is needed is authorized GSM operators’ recharge/refill card PIN marketers to buy the PIN s that you will print and start selling from.

For as long as you buy your Recharge/refill cards' pin numbers from the right source,you are protected from buying fake pins as the pins are encrypted. You are the first to see the numbers as the distributor who sold to you never saw them.  COMPUTER:  This can be colored or black and white. For a start it is not compulsory as you can make use of that of a business center till you have your own. Any computer i.e. desktop, laptop or notebook is suitable.

PRINTER : Any printer DeskJet or LaserJet Again the printer is not  compulsory as one can start with a café. The printer is used to print the cards with the aid of the software.

SOFTWARE    Any recharge cards printing software   is good. A software is compulsory for the printing. .Usually, the chosen dealer helps with the software. Some dealers give it to you free of charge while some would collect a fee. Some will tell you where to download it free or otherwise, The important thing is that the dealer may direct you on how to get the software. Some like Prepaid Nigeria would place it on their website for free download.

PAPER : This is compulsory as it is used in printing out the recharge cards.

N10,000  This cash is compulsory . It is the start up capital.

BULK PINS: This is what you are selling It is compulsory.

 INTERNET CONNECTION   This is only necessary when you are using your own computer.
