download it free or otherwise, The important thing is that the dealer
may direct you on how to get the software. Some like Prepaid Nigeria
would place it on their website for free download.
PAPER : This is compulsory as it is used in printing out the recharge cards.
N10,000 This cash is compulsory . It is the start up capital.
BULK PINS: This is what you are selling It is compulsory.
